The ESRB defins E 10+ as "Content is generally suitable for ages 10 and up. May contain more cartoon, fantasy or mild violence, mild language and/or minimal suggestive themes." These games are still pretty clean, but have a little bit more violence or language than just an E rating. These games can also be a little bit more complex. Some of the different versions of games can have different ratings as well. For example, Super Smash Bros. for Wii U is rated E 10+, but the previous version, Super Smash Bros. Brawl is rated T for teen.
