The ESRB describes E as "Content is generally suitable for all ages. May contain minimal cartoon, fantasy or mild violence and/or infrequent use of mild language." A rating of E does not mean that it is only for children. Workout games, test prep games, family games, as well as children's games can all fall under an E rating.
